After 10 years of working experience in the coffee industry (Kraft/Mondelez/Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Nespresso) and in the coffee machine industry (Groupe SEB/Krups, Nespresso), Lucie wishes to come back to a handcrafted coffee, with no compromise on quality.

In 2018, she creates a Specialty Organic coffee brand, Rock A Bean and establishes her Coffee Workshop, TORPEDO Coffee Institute with another Coffee brand: TORPEDO Coffee.

Lucie masters every transformation phase of the coffee process, from green coffee selection to the extraction parameters of coffee machines.

Thanks to this know-how cobination, Lucie can offer the best extraction of her coffees in your cup. 

In 2013, the sharpness of her taste buds, allowed her to win the prestigious title of Swiss Cuptasting Champion.

In 2019, she is Jury of the Swiss coffee championships: Barista Championship, Swiss Latte Art Championship, Brewers Cup Championship, Coffee in Good Spirit Championship.
